Cancellation Policy

Jupiter Medical Massage is a single-therapist suite. When an appointment is missed or cancelled at the last minute, that time cannot easily be filled. Thank you for honoring the following policy.

Rescheduling

Please reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. You can manage your booking through Square Appointments or by calling 313-699-5301.

Late cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

No-shows

Missed appointments without notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Late arrivals

Sessions begin and end on time out of respect for the clients before and after you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened.

Exceptions

We understand that life happens — emergencies, illness, and weather are handled on a case-by-case basis.
